All information we collect from customers is primarily in the interest of accurate order processing. This information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order and will never be disclosed to any unnecessary third party.

Sweet Papier’s secured socket layer {ssl} uses the latest, industry-standard 128-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address, and credit card no.) are protected and are not able to be read or intercepted during transit to our payment processing system.

PROOF APPROVAL PROCESS

At Sweet Papier, we take the proof process very seriously. Shortly after your order is placed with us {generally within twenty-four hours}, you will receive an e-mail of your proof(s) from info@sweetpapier.com. Your approval of this proof is permission for us to process your order and any reprints requested will be at an additional charge to you.

ORDER PROCESSING & RUSH ORDERS

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We do require five business days to process each order following final approval of your proof {please note that this does not include transit time for delivery of your product} although orders are typically processed within one to three days. Should you require your paper goods sooner, please elect the RUSH ORDER option located on any shop page and processing of your order will be expedited for a small charge. If you are ordering multiple items, you need only elect the rush order feature once to have this service added to your basket.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All items are handled via UPS shipping. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the address to which they are being shipped, and the method of delivery you select. All orders {with the exception of custom wedding invitations} will ship within five business days following final approval of your proof.

RETURNS

We hope you think the items you ordered are the very sweetest. However, because all items are personalized and/or customized to meet your individual taste, we are unable to accept returns.
